Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges and does not issue refunds (except if an item is damaged - see below). However, if you have a problem with your order please do contact me (Alena) and we can work on finding a solution together!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
